RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Defective products:
We will replace any defective item. This includes Mace, pepper spray, stun guns, personal alarms, home protection products and Taser products. NOTE: Taser products will need to be exchanged through Taser
International. Please see Taser Internationals return
policy on Taser.com. On most products, we will accept
returns of defective products for replacement for up
to 30 days after the date of the invoice. If a product
has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in
the product description on our web site. Do not under
any circumstances disassemble the product.
Disassembling the product will void any warranty and
refund privilege. All returns require a RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. You MUST contact
us at info@womenonguard.com for an RMA number
before you send the product back to us. The cost to
ship the product back to WomenOnGuard.com will be
paid by the customer. For your protection we
recommend that you ship with tracking information and
insurance via UPS Ground. Insurance is not needed
unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost
to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will
be paid by us. Please test the product(s) before
returning it to us. Many items shipped back to us as
defective work fine, some after doing something as
simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is
returned to us and found to be working the customer
will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the
item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all
parts and accessories must be included. Once we
receive the return we will determine whether or not
it is defective and then process your request. Please
follow our guidelines below for returning an
item.
Exchanges:
We will gladly accept a product back for exchange
within 30 days after the date of invoice. Please
note that this does NOT apply to all of our products.
Certain items cannot be exchanged. Due to the nature of
the product, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on
Mace or pepper spray products due to wrong color, size
or brand ordered. These products may have been
inadvertenly compromised. These products must be
completely reliable without malfunction or lowered
pressure in product cannisters in self-defense
situations. We also do NOT accept returns on Taser products. They can ONLY be exchanged if they are defective. There is a 20%
restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. If
you are exchanging a product due to any other reason
other than the product being defective, you will be
charged our standard shipping cost of $6.50 for UPS
Ground to have the exchanged product shipped back to
you. Exchanges are contingent upon product inspection
once we receive it. Each product returned must be in its
original condition, unopened and ready to go back on the
shelf. The product must be in its original packaging.

Please contact us at info@womenonguard.com for
an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The RMA number must be written on the outside of
the box. Please provide a note with your name,
order number, order date, what you are returning,
daytime telephone number, and the reason you are
returning the product. There is a 20% restocking fee
for the return of non-defective items.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice
date. If you are unsure of your delivery date,
put your tracking number that we emailed you into
the tracking mechanism at www.ups.com and you will be
able to confirm it.
The product(s) must be returned in resalable condition
with all original packaging, unopened, accessories and
accompanying literature. If we receive your product
without the accompanying accessories and documentation,
you will not get a refund or in store credit. If
you lost something that goes with your order, you
cannot return it. Non-defective products returned
opened and not in original packaging will not be
accepted. Products returned damaged by user will
not be accepted.
WomenOnGuard.com pays standard shipping costs
on orders that are $50.00 or more. Refunds will
be credited minus any shipping charges that were
paid by us and applicable restocking fees.
The cost of shipping your order to you, whether
you paid for shipping or not, and applicable restocking
fees will be deducted from any refund given. For
example, if your order was $24.95 plus $6.50 shipping,
your refund will be the cost of the item, which is
$24.95 minus restocking fees if applicable (does not
apply to defective products). However, if your order was
$55.00, which qualifies for free shipping, and you
return your order for a refund, your refund amount will
be $48.50 minus restocking fees if applicable (does not
apply to defective products)
Please note: Pepper spray and/or Mace will not
by shipped by an overnight service or by priority
mail. Please use UPS regular ground service if a return
is required for a defective product.

and the address in which to return your product(s).
Returns for Hidden Cameras and Surveillance Equipment Cameras:
All returns, refunds or exchanges must be approved by
WomenOnGuard.com before any products are returned.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of
our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous
people have ordered our products for specific short-term
uses and then returned the product in a condition that
would not allow us to resell. We test all of our
products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our
number one concern. If you have any question regarding
our products, please contact info@womenonguard.com or
call 252-222-4545 before placing an order.
RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance
equipment, and other hi-tech products are special
ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to
cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line,
returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon
shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized
by WomenOnGuard.com before product is returned. All
products must be returned in the original packaging.
WomenOnGuard.com will replace, refund, or credit your
account for returned product(s) at WomenOnGuard.com?s
discretion.
Special exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis
determined by WomenOnGuard. In this event, returns are
subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25%
restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5)
day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO
refunds will be given for products returned without
explicit permission from WomenOnGuard.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of
WomenOnGuard. Under no circumstances will returns be
accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping
instructions must be obtained from WomenOnGuard. No
returns will be authorized after five (5) Business days
of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM
WomenOnGuard WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE
CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).
WARRANTY: We guarantee all of our products to be free of
defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless
manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after
sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the
product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence
of customer misuse, or alteration.
Always carry self defense products such as Mace, pepper spray, a stun gun, personal alarms or a Taser.
