RESTRICTIONS:
- Mace, pepper spray, a stun gun, a TASER, stun baton or any other stun device CANNOT be shipped
outside the Continental United States.
- Mace spray and pepper spray products CANNOT be shipped to
New York. Only Michigan approved sprays and Wisconsin approved sprays can be shipped to the states of
Michigan and Wisconsin respectively.
- NOTE: Dog pepper spray and Bear pepper spray CAN now
be shipped to NY, WI and MI.
- Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to NY, MA, IL (only
w/FOID), NJ, MI, WI, RI, Chicago IL
or the city of Philadelphia, PA.
- TASERS CANNOT be shipped to NY, MA, IL (only
w/FOID), NJ, MI, WI, RI, Chicago, IL or the city of
Philadelphia, PA.
- All pepper spray orders are shipped by GROUND
service only (this is by law).
- Please tell me more about state restrictions regarding the use and sale of stun
guns. Stun guns will not be shipped where prohibited or
illegal.

By placing an order the buyer represents that he/she

assume any liability for the use or misuse of
these products and recommends the buyer become
familiar with the laws and restrictions in their
city, state, or province, which regulate the
use and possession of our products. We reserve
the right to refuse any order for any reason
at any time.
ORDERING METHODS
We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, PayPal, checks and money orders.
If you live in Florida there will be a
6% sales tax on your order.
SECURE ONLINE ORDERING: You can use your credit
card to place your order online 24 hours a day.
When you submit an order, your credit card information
is sent through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
protocol, the most commonly used and safest way
to send private information across the Internet

PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: When paying by
check or money order, please make payable to Variform Inc.
Your order will be shipped after your check
has cleared the bank (allow up to 10 days). When paying
by money order, your order will be shipped within
1-2 business days of receipt of your money order.

SHIPPING METHOD
We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days
via UPS GROUND, FEDEX GROUND, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post.
Please provide a physical address for ALL TASER orders as they are
shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
If you order more than one product, your items may be
shipped separately and by different methods depending on
warehouse availability. This would be at no additional
cost to you. WomenOnGuard utilizes several warehouses
around the country to get the products shipped to you
asap.
Shipping is FREE if you order a minimum of $50.00.
Otherwise, a flat rate of ONLY $6.95 (excluding Hawaii
& upgraded shipping).
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you
may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and
will be added to your order. You must call
1-954-916-7955 or email info@womenonguard.com for upgraded
shipping. Cost for upgraded shipping varies per weight
and destination (unless indicated on product).
NOTE: All pepper sprays will be shipped by GROUND
SERVICE ONLY. 
ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY:
It is very important that we receive a complete
and accurate address for shipping. We stress the
importance of a complete address including your street
address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and
zip code. If your package is returned to us due to an
incorrect or incomplete address we will have to charge a
$6.95 additional shipping fee to reship your order. This
includes orders that qualify for free shipping.
