SHIPPING METHOD
Your order, in most cases, will ship the same day if placed before 11am EST M-F. We utilize different shipping methods such as UPS GROUND, FEDEX GROUND, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Parcel Post at our discretion.
If you order more than one product, on rare occasions, your items may be shipped separately and by different methods depending on warehouse availability. This would be at no additional cost to you. WomenOnGuard utilizes several warehouses around the country to get the products shipped to you asap.
Shipping is FREE if you order a minimum of $69.99 . Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of ONLY $9.99 (excluding upgraded shipping).
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable no matter the circumstances. If we pay for initial shipping costs on the order, the actual shipping charge we paid will be deducted from the refund or exchange if applicable. These charges are non-refundable by our shipping carrier. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order.
ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY:
It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for shipping. We stress the importance of a complete address including your street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we will have to charge a $9.99 additional shipping fee to reship your order. This includes orders that qualify for free shipping.
